We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Affiliates and Related Entities: We may share information with our parent company, subsidiaries, and affiliated entities for purposes consistent with this policy;
- Service Providers: We engage third-party service providers to perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, security, compliance screening, and customer support. These providers access information only as necessary to perform their services;

8. Blockchain and Wallet Information
The Delpho protocol operates on HyperEVM, a public blockchain. When you interact with the protocol through smart contracts, certain information—including your wallet address, transaction amounts, collateral positions, and token balances—is recorded on the public blockchain.
Key considerations:
- The protocol is non-custodial: you retain custody of your assets through smart contracts at all times;
- On-chain data is publicly visible, immutable, and distributed across the network;
- We do not have the ability to modify or delete information recorded on the blockchain;
- Wallet addresses may be linked to your identity if you have shared identifying information with us or with third parties.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, protocols, applications, or services (including but not limited to wallet providers, decentralized exchanges, lending protocols, and blockchain explorers). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their respective privacy notices before interacting with them.
10. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide the Services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy;
- Maintain security and prevent fraud;
- Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations;
- Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements;
- Maintain business records as required for operational or audit purposes.
When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we will delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention practices. Please note that information recorded on a public blockchain is distributed and immutable and cannot be deleted or modified by us.
11. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect the information we collect, including:
- Access controls and authentication measures to limit access to authorized personnel;
- Monitoring systems to detect unauthorized access or suspicious activity;
- Vendor management processes to evaluate the security practices of our service providers;
- Encryption and similar safeguards for data in transit and at rest where appropriate;
- Security reviews and audits of smart contracts (our smart contracts have been audited, with a public audit report published prior to production launch);
- Regular review and updates to our security practices.
Despite these measures, no system can guarantee absolute security. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.
