The Delpho protocol operates on HyperEVM, a public blockchain. When you interact with the protocol through smart contracts, certain information—including your wallet address, transaction amounts, collateral positions, and token balances—is recorded on the public blockchain.

Key considerations:

• The protocol is non-custodial: you retain custody of your assets through smart contracts at all times;
• On-chain data is publicly visible, immutable, and distributed across the network;
• We do not have the ability to modify or delete information recorded on the blockchain;
• Wallet addresses may be linked to your identity if you have shared identifying information with us or with third parties.

The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, protocols, applications, or services (including but not limited to wallet providers, decentralized exchanges, lending protocols, and blockchain explorers).
